Disgraced figure-skater, Tonya Harding is surely making a comeback these days with the help of a high-profile Hollywood film and this week's Music Monday artist, Sufjan Stevens. Though it wasn't included as part of the film's soundtrack, Stevens released not one, but two versions of his dreamy new single Tonya Harding.
